Across the Westside of Jacksonville and its surrounding areas, communities face steep challenges—poverty levels above 20%, limited access to opportunity, and high rates of crime and instability. In response, the Wholeness Empowerment Center (WE Center CDC, Inc.) is leading the charge through our flagship Empower360 Life Skills Initiative.

Empower360 equips individuals with the real-world tools they need to break generational cycles and build sustainable futures. From financial literacy and job readiness to social etiquette and healthy living, the program is designed to promote personal growth, economic independence, and long-term stability.

By focusing on empowerment through education and practical training, we are helping individuals become resilient, self-sufficient, and ready to lead their families—and communities—into a stronger tomorrow.
